Godai made his convention debut at Otakuthon 2011. My friend wasn't able to get her demon head done in time due to time-constraints and her work schedule. But that's okay. One day we will be the two Neuro's. We were able to get some really awesome photos together and separately. My friend relished in the love she got for being Neuro - Godai wasn't quite as recognizable, but there were some very happy people to see Godai. And one person remembered my Neuro cosplay from the previous year :)
I got an S-Boy wig off of Cosplay.com Shopping in blond. Luckily, no styling was required :)
I use a dog tag necklace that I've had for a number of years. The piercings I already had. (Except for the lip piercings). I actually had to make the lip rings out of wire and use a tiny dab of hot glue on an end of each so it would not cut the inside of my lip. The ones I wore at Otakuthon I lost at some point during the day. But that's alright, I can always make more. They don't even cost a dollar to make.
The dress shirt, red polo & pants I got at Value Village. The shoes I already had. I alternate between the two shirts, depends on which one I want to deal with. For Otakuthon, I wore the polo because it was so hot.
As a prop, I have a toy cap-gun that I got at the dollar store. I made eight more Evil Fridays for my friend ForeverFlame and I to use in our private photoshoot. In one photo, Neuro has all of the Evil Fridays and is smiling. In another, Godai (me) is covered in them and freaking out xD
Favourite memory in this cosplay: ForeverFlame and I had a fanboy for doing these cosplays. When he realized that I was Godai, he gave me a hug and kissed the top of my head. OMG it was so awesome! And a bonus? He was hot! And cosplaying Dante from the Devil May Cry games X3
